About the demo

What the call covers, and what we need from you before it.

  • What happens on a demo call?

    We start with what you are trying to keep an eye on, then show Alertica doing it: connecting to a system, setting a rule, and the alert arriving. There is no fixed script and there are no slides.

  • How long does the call take?

    About 30 minutes. If you want to go deeper on a particular setup we will book a second, longer call rather than rush the first one.

  • Do we need to prepare anything beforehand?

    No. Come with the systems you are worried about in mind and that is enough. If you would like to see Alertica connected to one of them on the call, bring the connection details and a read-only account.

  • Can you show it running against our own systems?

    Yes, if you would like it to. Alertica connects with read-only credentials over the protocols your systems already expose, and only reads, so there is nothing to install and nothing to undo afterwards.

  • Who should be on the call?

    Whoever would receive the alerts. That is usually someone from IT or security, and often whoever owns compliance. You do not need a room full of people.
